Terrible experience We asked for a quote and once confirmed they asked us for an advance, we made the advance and 1 day before the flight they told us that the hotel booked by “error” was not available and they changed our hotel, they took us to another hotel (dirty, poorly located ), they excused themselves saying that the hotel had indicated that everything was already clean and that was not the case. Finally we agreed that we would see the hotels on our own but regarding the tour they did not comply either, their itinerary indicated a pick-up and end time of the tour at the end they picked you up and returned at a different time. They made us lose a lunch reservation (paid) because they returned from the tour 3 hours later. We arrived at Sacsayhuaman and the guide did not know anything about our admission and asked us to buy the ticket when that ticket was included in the tourist package that we had already paid for, they called Mr. Fredy everywhere, I also called him and he did not answer, They made us wait for about 15 minutes outside until someone answered and they authorized them to buy admission tickets for us. They did not advise us to take the train back from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo and we had to return on the last train. To finish, to this day I am waiting for them to stop by our hotel to pick us up and take us to the airport (it was included in the rate we paid)

Waste of time!!! This trip to Uros was completely irrelevant. Our transport to the island took 2h 30 minutes to go and the same amount to return. We spent less than two gardens on the island.
